An analytical basis is required for successful communication. Analysis can provide essential insight into a target group and the context it is a part of. In addition, analysis can help to document the creation of desired results through communication and learning in the organization.
We work with analysis in four areas, all of which are relevant in a communication project. Depending on the specific project, the focus may be one or more of these areas:
- Understand the market, the outside world and relationships
- Understand the target group
- Test and correct communication
- Control the effects and create learning
Each of these fields involves highly specialized methods and experience, and we can often deliver benchmarks for comparison with other organizations.
We are a highly specialized analysis unit that is based in a communication firm. Therefore, in addition to our targeted analyses we have a special focus on giving our clients a solid basis for decision-making and helping them to fully understand the conclusions. We do this by insisting on reporting in an engaging and meaningful way so that you get a feel for the target group, understand the consequences and remember the conclusions. There are far too many good analyses that are poorly formulated.
